BCB8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account secure. BCB8 recommends using a strong password — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and not reusing passwords from other platforms. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available and strongly encouraged for added account security.
BCB8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:
BCB8 does not accept deposits via credit cards, international debit cards, or any foreign payment methods. All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for most payment methods, though specific limits may be imposed by the relevant payment provider. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within 1 minute.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct before confirming any deposit transaction. BCB8 is not liable for delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the member or technical issues on the payment provider's end. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact BCB8 support with proof of payment.
Funds deposited into a BCB8 account may only be used for gaming and betting purposes on the BCB8 platform. BCB8 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
To make a withdrawal from your BCB8 account, your account must have completed the required identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your BCB8 account. BCB8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies according to the member's VIP tier — the higher the VIP tier, the higher the daily withdrawal limit permitted. Full details are available in your account profile section.
Funds derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms have been fully met. BCB8 reserves the right to request proof of wagering and to decline withdrawals if the conditions have not been satisfied.
BCB8 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review and compliance purposes. In cases involving suspicious activity or potential fraud, BCB8 may withhold withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. Members found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will forfeit all winnings and account balances.

Every game on the BCB8 has its own rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Winnings are calculated based on the stated game rules, and the final results recorded by the BCB8 system are conclusive.
For Sports Betting covering football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia), badminton, e-sports (MLBB, Dota 2, CS2, Valorant), and other events, confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specified in the relevant betting terms. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, all related bets will be refunded to your account balance.
In the event of a technical failure or server issue that affects game outcomes, BCB8 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and refund the relevant balances. Outcomes that were fully settled prior to the disruption remain valid and final.
BCB8 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any game or betting market. These limits may vary by game type, market, and the member's VIP tier. BCB8 also reserves the right to decline or restrict bets from members suspected of employing strategies that compromise the integrity of play.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BCB8 platform and may result in immediate account closure as well as legal action:
BCB8 employs a sophisticated monitoring system to detect suspicious behaviour. Any of the actions listed above may result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential referral to the relevant authorities.
You may close your BCB8 account at any time by contacting the BCB8 support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via your original payment method.
BCB8 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
